EarthShare and Trenton Thunder DayEnvironmental Awareness Fair

EarthShare New Jersey (ESNJ) is
proud to announce our second Environmental Awareness Fair
with the Trenton Thunder on June 27, 2009. This fair
was planned to highlight the members of ESNJ and promote
healthy and safe products/services that are available to
everyone.
This event will put fair participants in front of 7,000+
Trenton Thunder fans, enabling environmental facts and
products to be shared with a new audience.
Opportunity for Environmentally Friendly
BusinessesESNJ would like to provide you
with an opportunity to participate in the fair side by side
with ESNJ members. Each exhibitor will have an
opportunity to set up a 10x10 display, and share
information or an exhibit with visitors to the ball park
that day. Because time is of the essence, we need to
know by June 24th if you would like to participate.
Details:Business partners will need to
provide their own tent/tables and will be assigned a 10x10
area in the front of the stadium near the main entrance to
set up their display.
The Fair will start at 5:30 PM, so plan on arriving and
being set up by 5:15 PM. The fair will break down
around 7:30PM as the game starts at 7:00 PM.
Environmentally friendly products can be made available for
sale to patrons.
Participation is available for a small donation to
EarthShare New Jersey. $100 any location & 1
ticket
$250 premium location & 2
tickets
$500 premium location, additional display space & 4
tickets
Press Releases will be sent out by the Trenton Thunder
highlighting the event and the participating
organizations. Additionally, event details will be
highlighted on the ESNJ website and e-letter sent to
friends during the month of May.
Space is limited!!! To
insure that you are able to participate,
notify the ESNJ office of your intention as soon as
possible. Space will be assigned
on a first come basis.
Complete the linked form and fax it back with your
donation to the ESNJ office by May 9 and your space will
be secure.
